At JPDUK LTD, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to
know about how we handle dispatch and delivery.
Production Times
Most of our products are made to order in our workshop in Berkshire. Production times vary by product type.
Digital printing — including banners, posters, and leaflets — is typically ready within 1 to 3 working days.
Embroidered clothing and workwear usually takes 3 to 5 working days depending on the size of the order.
3D printed items take between 2 and 5 working days depending on the size and complexity of the model.
Laser craft items — including engraving and cutting — are typically ready within 2 to 4 working days.
Custom apparel bundles generally take 5 to 7 working days to complete.
For urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We
regularly work to same-day and next-day turnarounds where possible.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of production completion. You will receive a notification when
your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Options
We ship across the UK using trusted couriers. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
Standard Delivery arrives within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery arrives the next working day after dispatch, provided the order is placed before 12pm.
Local Collection is available from our Reading workshop by arrangement, free of charge.
Local Collection
If you're local to the Berkshire area, you're welcome to collect your order from our workshop at:
Unit 12 Green Lane, Burghfield Bridge, Reading, RG30 3XP
Collection is by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time, Monday to Friday, 10AM to
5:30PM.
Delivery Outside the UK
We currently ship to the UK only via our online store. For international enquiries, please contact us directly at
jdredge@jpduk.co.uk.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as
possible at jdredge@jpduk.co.uk or call 01189 588 289. We'll sort it out promptly.
Please retain all original packaging when reporting a damaged delivery, as this may be required for a courier
claim.
