Ordering
How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website at jpduk.co.uk. For custom or large orders, you're welcome to contact
us first and we'll talk through what you need.
Can I order something that isn't listed on the website?
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of services beyond what's listed online. If you have something specific in
mind, just get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No — one of our most popular sayings is "no job too small." Whether you need one item or a thousand, every
order gets the same care and attention.
Can I get a quote before ordering?
Yes. For larger or more complex orders, contact us directly and we'll provide a written quote.
Custom & Personalised Orders
How do I submit my own artwork?
You can upload artwork at checkout or email it to jdredge@jpduk.co.uk. We accept most common file formats
including PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, and JPG. For best results, supply files at 300dpi or higher.
What if I don't have my own artwork?
No problem — our in-house design team can create something for you. Get in touch to discuss your
requirements and we'll provide a design quote.
Will I see a proof before production starts?
Yes, always. We will send you a digital proof for approval before we begin any custom or printed order.
Production only starts once you've given the go-ahead.
Can I make changes after I've approved the artwork?
Changes after approval may not be possible once production has started, and may incur additional charges.
Please check all details carefully before approving.
Printing & Signage
What file format should I use for print files?
PDF is ideal. If supplying images, please ensure they are at least 300dpi at the final print size. For large format
prints (banners, signs), we can advise on the appropriate resolution.
Do you offer same-day printing?
We aim for fast turnarounds and regularly complete same-day and next-day orders depending on our workload.
Contact us in advance if you have an urgent deadline.
What finishes are available for printed items?
We offer gloss, matte, lamination (single and double-sided), and weatherproof finishes depending on the
product. Full details are available on the relevant product pages.
Embroidery
What clothing can you embroider on?
We can embroider on most garments including T-shirts, hoodies, polos, jackets, caps, and bags. You can
supply your own clothing or purchase through us.
What is the minimum embroidery order?
There is no strict minimum, though setup costs for digitisation mean larger quantities offer better value per item.

Can you match my brand colours exactly?
We'll do our best to match your brand colours as closely as possible using our thread ranges. For exact Pantone
matching, please discuss this with us before ordering.
3D Printing
What materials do you print in?
We offer a range of FDM materials including PLA, PETG, ABS, and specialty filaments. We also offer resin
printing for high-detail models. Contact us for specific material availability.
Can you print from my own 3D model?
Yes — send us your STL or OBJ file and we'll quote based on size, complexity, and material. If you need a
model designed from scratch, we offer 3D design services too.
How long does 3D printing take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the model. Small items typically take 1–2 days; larger or more complex
prints may take longer. We'll give you an accurate timeframe when you enquire.
Laser Craft
What materials can you laser cut or engrave?
We work with acrylic, wood, fabric, and more. Common products include personalised gifts, signage, coasters,
keepsakes, and display items.
Can you laser engrave something I send to you?
Yes — get in touch with details of the item and what you'd like engraved, and we'll let you know if it's suitable.
Delivery & Collection
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day of production completion. Standard delivery is 2–3 working
days. See our Delivery Information page for full details.
Can I collect my order?
Yes — local collection is available from our workshop in Burghfield Bridge, Reading, by appointment. Contact us
to arrange.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently ship within the UK via our online store. For international orders, please contact us directly.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a custom order?
Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty or significantly different from what
was agreed. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a
replacement or refund as appropriate.
