We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll do
everything we can to resolve it.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Because most of our products are made specifically for you — whether that's embroidered workwear, a printed
banner, a 3D printed model, or a laser-engraved gift — we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on
custom or personalised items unless:
• The product is faulty or damaged on arrival, or
• The product significantly differs from what was agreed and approved.
This is why we always confirm artwork and order details with you before production begins. Please check
everything carefully before giving your approval — once production starts, changes may not be possible.
Non-Custom / Standard Stock Items
For non-personalised, standard stock items (such as gift cards or off-the-shelf products), you have the right to
return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided:
• The item is unused and in its original condition
• You notify us within 14 days of receiving the item
• Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. We will
offer a replacement, reprint, or full refund at our discretion depending on the situation.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible before
production has begun.
• If production has not started: full refund issued
• If production has started: a partial refund may be offered at our discretion
• If production is complete: no refund can be offered on custom items
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK
consumer protection legislation.
