These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with JPDUK LTD, a company registered in England and
Wales, operating from Unit 12 Green Lane, Burghfield Bridge, Reading, Berkshire, RG30 3XP.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

2. Placing an Order
When you place an order with JPDUK LTD, you are making an offer to purchase goods or services. We reserve
the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us
(by email or message).
For custom and personalised orders, production will not begin until:
• Full payment or a confirmed deposit has been received, and
• Artwork or design files have been approved by both parties.
3. Custom & Personalised Orders
Many of our products are made-to-order and personalised specifically for you. Please ensure all details (names,
spellings, sizes, colours, and artwork) are correct before approving your order.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom, personalised, or made-to-order items unless the
product is faulty or differs significantly from what was agreed.
If you have submitted your own artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork or have permission
to use it. JPDUK LTD accepts no liability for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied
designs.
4. Artwork & Design
If you require design work, this will be quoted separately or included in your order as agreed. Final artwork must
be approved by you in writing before printing or production begins. Once approved, any changes may incur
additional charges.
JPDUK LTD retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio, website, or social media unless you request
otherwise in writing.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve
the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price quoted at time of
confirmation.
6. Payment
Payment is required before production begins on custom orders. We accept payment via the methods listed at
checkout. For larger orders, a deposit may be agreed with the balance due before dispatch.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and materials created by JPDUK LTD remain the intellectual property of JPDUK LTD
unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written
permission.
8. Liability
JPDUK LTD's liability is limited to the value of the goods or services purchased. We are not liable for any
indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
