We are always looking for ways to do more for you, and this month we are thrilled to share some exciting news: we have added a brand new Masuter Pro MAX 2x2 CNC router to our workshop here in Burghfield Common.

If you have heard the term "CNC" before but are not entirely sure what it means, here is the short version. CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control — it is essentially a precision cutting and carving machine that is guided by digital designs. You create or supply a design file, and the machine cuts, carves, or mills the material with incredible accuracy. Think of it like an extremely precise, computer-guided router that can work on wood, acrylic, aluminium, and a whole range of other materials.

What Can We Make With It?

The addition of the Masuter Pro MAX opens up a whole new world of possibilities for our customers. Here are just a few of the things we can now produce in-house:

Custom signs and plaques — whether you need an elegant wooden name sign for your office, an acrylic display for your shop front, or a branded plaque for a vehicle, the CNC router handles it beautifully.

Panels and parts — from decorative panels for interiors to custom brackets, jigs, and mechanical components, the machine cuts with the kind of precision that makes a real difference to the finished result.

Moulds and prototypes — if you are in product development or manufacturing, we can now machine moulds and prototype parts quickly and accurately, adding another dimension to our existing 3D printing and prototyping services.

Gifts and personalised items — engraved wooden gifts, custom keepsakes, and decorative pieces that have a premium hand-crafted feel.

What makes this addition really special for our customers is that it slots straight into everything else we already offer. Need a branded acrylic sign alongside embroidered workwear and printed business cards? We have got you. Want a prototype part made while we run off a batch of laser-cut gift items? No problem.
